The cuisine at Hacienda is special, prepared by our gourmet Chef. All of our meals may be taken in the Great Room, North Loggia, West Portal, or Courtyard Terrace. Breakfast is a full gourmet breakfast, Lunch is typically a box lunch,, and dinner is a five course menu. Upon request, you may be served in your room or on your private patio. The dress in all of Santa Fe is extremely informal. We do request that gentlemen (and ladies) remove their cowboy hats during meals. Hacienda is a twenty minute drive from the City of Santa Fe. Santa Fe Airport is serviced several times each day from Denver and Phoenix. There are many flights into Albuquerque Airport, and Santa Fe is a one-hour drive from Albuquerque. One may rent a car and drive to Hacienda, a ranch vehicle can pick you up at the Santa Fe Airport, or we can arrange chauffeured service from Albuquerque. There is also a shuttle service from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. Upon a reservation we will send maps and further information to you. The rate at Hacienda is $700 to $800 per couple per night. This in-cludes three gourmet meals per day with all beverages (Full American Plan), as well as all of the facilities at Hacienda. There is a two night minimum and the rate may be reduced by $100 for single occupancy. A gratuity of 15% is automatically added, and we must add the New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax of 6.125 per cent and the Lodging Tax of 4 per cent on a portion of the charges. To make a reservation please telephone or facsimile your request. Space will be held for one week, by which time we must have received a deposit of fifty per cent of the cost of the total stay. The balance of the stay must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If such balance is not received, we will have to void your reservation. If there are less than 30 days remaining prior to your arrival date, there is no deposit but your entire stay must be paid in full. Payments may be made by check. If you desire to use a credit card, it must be a personal American Express card.

On the day of your arrival we do not expect you before 3:00 pm, and on your departure date we expect you will vacate your suite before 12 noon.
Since we are quite small, we can make no refund of any payments received, whether your deposit or your payment in full. If you have made an early reservation, and are able to cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date, we will refund your money, less a $100 handling fee.
